PRESS RELEASE, Friday, April 3, 2009 ....Ground Service Technology,
Inc. today announced that its board of directors has named Jennifer Erler to serve as the company's chief
executive officer and president.
Jennifer Erler, CPESC, has served since March 2003 as vice-president of Ground
Service Technology where she has spent her career in a range of general management, operations and project management positions.
Prior to her current responsibilities, she was also GST's senior SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan) inspector,
SWPPP educator, and resident CPESC (Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control).

Jennifer Erler will take up her new duties on May 1 and continue as a member of GST's board. She succeeds
Hank Erler, a company founder and veteran who has been a principal since 2001 and chief executive officer since 2003.
Hank Erler, will remain interim CFO and continue to serve as a member of GST's board. She has promoted Tom
Hansen to Senior Vice-President of Operations for the Underground Division.
Jennifer announced that one of her first
goals is to have GST become certified as a SBA recognized WBE (Women Owned Business Enterprise)/DBE (Disadvantaged Business
Enterprise) with 8A certification.
